Cable Assembly

phg cuts to size your customized connection cables, cable assemblies and strand sets with connectors and accessories from all major manufacturers in crimping, soldering, IDS and assembly technology. The products are electrically tested 100%.

Our production is also certified by UL Underwriters Laboratories acc. ZPFW2 / ZPFW8 Wiring Harnesses. In this way we guarantee to meet the strict criteria of UL Underwriters Laboratories for USA and Canada from the procurement of individual components to the assembly.

In-house injection moulding under cleanroom conditions

Because of increased requirements to the absence of particles and germs in sensitive products phg has realized the overmoulding process under cleanroom conditions.

phg separates the overmoulded product from the machine environment

We have solved the challenge to produce the overmoulded prodcut separate from the machine environment.

Apart from injection moulding in the cleanroom we also produce complete medical cable and probe systems in cleanrooms.

Quality from the start

Already in the project stage phg lays emphasis on the quality of execution and definition of the processes and technologies. Supported by modern testing and measuring equipment quality is assured from incoming goods inspection to delivery. Necessary tests can be carried out internally or with the help of external service providers. These include the parts analysis by computer tomography.
