T4M - Technology for Medical Devices, the new specialist fair for suppliers in medical technology, had its premiere in Stuttgart. The new industry event focusses on technologies, processes and materials for the manufacturing of medical technology.

During a guided tour for visitors in which particularly interesting products and services from the area of electronic manufacturing were presented phg explained to an interested audience the origin and implementation ofcustomized hybrid connectors, a specialty of phg.Just one connector for different media; this saves space and greatly simplifies the handling. The overmoulding of signal and power contacts and hoses for gaseous or liquid media also offers users a great variety in terms of connector and color design. Smooth surfaces and contours for good wipe cleaning and disinfection as well as marking and logo integration in the injection mould are further benefits.
