The modular-plug connector range - the most familiar model is RJ45 - is at home in the field of telecommunication technology as well as in industrial applications recently. Correspondingly we have realised the high demands on reliability in our connectors. The extrusion and extremely versatile connector can be obtained from phg in a diversity of options and expansion stages e.g. as a standard model or with highly flexible bend protection sleeve, e.g. for hand scanners.

The following parameters should be specified in the definition of your cable set:

• Contact arrangement and pin assignment
• Cable type, kind of screening, cable assembly with sheathing material (PVC, PUR, TPE,...), cross section of line and assembly, length and colour.
• The extrusion can also be colour matched. Finally you can also define your own extrusion contour, adapted to application (e.g. sealed system) in collaboration with us.
• The 2nd side of the cable will be manufactured according to your requirements.
