On more than 10 ARBURG injection moulding and hot-melt machines we manufacture the extruded cable sets, ready for installation, at our headquarters in Deisslingen.

The decades of experience in the area of plastic extruded connectors is reflected in our range of products complying with the standards determined by the industry.

We differ from catalogue manufacturers in that you as a customer can decide for yourself on how your cable set should be designed. All designs can also be obtained with shielding.

As our customer you specify which parameters will be applied for the customised cable fittings. For example, you specify the cable type, the contact arrangement, the pin assignment, the colour of the cable and the extrusion as well as the processing of the 2nd cable side.

The following parameters should be specified:

• Contact arrangement and pin assignment
  
  The extrusion can also be colour matched. Finally you can also define your own extrusion contour (e.g. sealed system) in collaboration with us.
• Cable type, kind of screening, cable assembly with sheathing material (PVC, PUR, TPE,...), cross section of line and assembly, length and colour.
• The extrusion can also be colour matched. Finally you can also define your own extrusion contour (e.g. sealed system) in collaboration with us.
• The 2nd side of the cable will be manufactured according to your requirements
